Time to remove those cobwebs and the end those summer indulgences, and say hello to the incoming autumn with my evidence-based, health coaching approach to weight loss. My plans are not the same for everyone, they are tailor-made for you and your goals. I will support you along your journey of transformation, focusing on easy, healthy wholesome recipes that highlight the autumn’s best produce, so you can enjoy simple, tasty homemade meals without spending a ton of time cooking. The cooler weather brings a wider variety of in-season fruits and vegetables that are bursting with flavor, so they don’t require a lot of prep work to taste delicious. In order to keep it simple, you will learn how to prepare simple and quick breakfast options, easy meal-prep ideas for work lunch and quick dinners, most of which are straight on the plate within 15 minutes. I teach you ways to saves on dishes so you can spend less time cleaning up and more time outside with your friends and family.

Have your cake and eat it?

Although very soon the summer will no longer be with us, you can still enjoy that cheat-meal in a much healthier way, and I can show you how. Following your weight-loss meal plan doesn’t need to feel like another thing on your to-do list during the autumn. We keep the routine easy and the recipes packed with flavor so you feel satisfied and never feeling deprived. I teach you the nutrition science behind the nutrients, and how to achieve realistic, achievable, and sustainable weight-loss and help you keep it off without much effort. Your weight-loss plan is high in nutrients to keep you full while promoting a healthy weight loss of 1 or 2 kgs per week, any more will increase the risk of developing stretch marks. And to make things even easier, we include a grocery list, because the best meal plan for weight loss is one that doesn’t take too much effort to follow.

Dietary analysis

Before we start, you will fill up a health check questionnaire in order to establish what your health status is right now. I will analyse your current dietary intake for potential nutrient depletions and we can discuss how these depletions could be contributing to your signs and symptoms. We will then discuss some simple to understand nutrition science ‘golden nuggets’ which I am sure you will find useful and productive. Remember, if anyone can do this, so can you! Believe in yourself today and you will pay the dividends tomorrow with a slimmer healthier you.
