STRESS, FATIGUE & ANXIETY
Evidence-based strategies to reduce & manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve energy
4 SESSIONS OVER 2 MONTHS
Functional medicine improves stress, fatigue, and anxiety by identifying and addressing the root causes driving nervous system imbalance rather than just suppressing symptoms. Using an evidence-based approach, it evaluates existing triggers, mediators na antecedents. These strategies help regulate cortisol rhythm, improve mitochondrial function and neurotransmitter balance, leading to reduced anxiety, improved resilience to stress, and sustained mental and physical energy.

Why is this program ideal for me?
Modern lifestyles often create the perfect conditions for chronic stress, fatigue, and anxiety to develop without people realising it. Constant digital stimulation, disrupted sleep patterns, irregular eating, ultra-processed foods, sedentary routines, and the pressure to always be ‘on’ keep the nervous system in a state of ongoing alert. Over time, this disconnect from natural rhythms, movement, rest, and meaningful recovery can leave people feeling wired but exhausted, mentally foggy, emotionally flat, and overwhelmed by tasks that once felt manageable. Many individuals recognise this as a slow erosion of energy, focus, and emotional resilience that becomes normalised in daily life, until it starts to affect mood, productivity, and overall sense of wellbeing.

“If you don’t make time for your wellness today, you will be forced to make time for your illness tomorrow.”
Robin Sharma

Andrew Fortuna studied Nutrition Science (BSc) Hons and Personalised Nutrition (MSc) based on a systems biology approach, a holistic and integrative method used to understand complex biological systems by analysing their interconnected components, rather than studying individual parts in isolation. It involved a deep emphasis on nutritional biochemistry, and the influence of nutrients and food components on cellular and molecular pathways involved in the pathophysiology of a wide range of chronic diseases using evidence-based pathophysiological reasoning. Clinical training, required to meet UK National Occupational Standards, involved being able to apply all this knowledge to four supervised clients experiencing a wide range of chronic health conditions to help ameliorate or prevent disease based on the Functional Medicine Model.
