Meet your tutor
Overview
Andrew Fortuna studied Nutrition Science (BSc) Hons and Personalised Nutrition (MSc) based on a systems biology approach, a holistic and integrative method used to understand complex biological systems by analysing their interconnected components, rather than studying individual parts in isolation. It involved a deep emphasis on nutritional biochemistry, and the influence of nutrients and food components on cellular and molecular pathways involved in the pathophysiology of a wide range of chronic diseases using evidence-based pathophysiological reasoning. Clinical training involved being able to apply all this knowledge to four supervised clients experiencing a wide range of chronic health conditions to help ameliorate or prevent disease based on the Functional Medicine Model. He is also a certified Dietary Educator.

How much does it cost?
The course cost is £300 for 4x 1 hr sessions for one-to-one sessions. Add an extra £75 per person for friend / family groups involving two and up to four persons max. Added features for larger groups and businesses, special rate for GFSB members, please contact me for a quote. Course can be delivered in person, online over Zoom, or hybrid (both). Can be combined with other services with added discounts.
