Establish nutritional adequacy

I can analyse your current dietary intake of carbohydrates, fat, protein vitamins, minerals, cholesterol, essential fatty acids and more and compared them to UK dietary guidelines. The analysis is based on evidence-based UK dietary EAR & RNI values, designed to help maintain good health and reduce the risk of chronic disease onset. Our analysis helps identify areas of weakness and will empower you with suggestions to improve those markers by using our specially designed meals plans design to address your nutritional shortcomings.

Dietary analysis

Professional diet analysis

Your initial consultation will start with a review of your overall nutrition, and it will also include meal planning guidelines. This is a structured conversation with our dietary educator to evaluate your eating habits, your current lifestyle and health status. He will help you identify strategies to reach your goals, whether you want to lose weight or gain weight, increase energy, improve health or reduce the risk of disease, or you just want help sorting through all of the nutrition information you may have read or heard.

Follow-up sessions

You will add more value and professional support by singing up to one of my professional Nutritional Therapy programme which can be used to ork with my longer term to optimise your health, improve symptoms or find resolution to complex health conditions CLICK HERE.

Diagnosed conditions

Chronic constipation

I have attended Mr. Fortuna’s clinic on several occasions and I have found him to be very attentive and caring.  He tries hard to understand your symptoms and find a solution to your problem. His advice was very useful and I won’t hesitate to consult him in future for further assistance if required.

Digestion, blood pressure, hypothyroidism, overweight

I thought that because I was getting older, weight gain was something I had to accept. I was also having problems with my digestive system, blood pressure, hypothyroidism and lack of sleep. But then, I met Andrew, a true professional, who is teaching me to make small adjustments in my eating habits. A lifestyle plan, not a diet, which is easy to follow, keeps the weight off and helps with my health problems. Andrew, I cannot thank you enough. This is life changing, and I am over the moon with my progress. With your motivation and guidance, I am happpier, healthier, very positive and losing weight. I am very grateful for your support. Thank you.

Whole body Eczema

After years of poor diet and a period of stress, I had a break out of eczema. ‘Chronic’ was the prognosis of more than one doctor but for all their knowledge, the one thing they couldn’t give me is time often given in a rush. A local dermatologist had no long-term solutions. But after some intelligent analysis from Andrew the issue improved. 5 months later, I’m sold on a new, healthier lifestyle. Andrew offered a break from all of that by taking a deep-dive into my health, before grasping the solution. A thorough questionnaire and a blood test presented him with a complete picture of my health, tailoring dietary and lifestyle recommendations that worked! With Andrew  his mind isn’t on the next patient. Andrew’s services are: holistic, competent and slick. He looks at the bigger picture instead of plastering the cracks, and above all, an exceptional attention to detail that you won’t get from any GP. I can’t recommend him highly enough and his long-term programmes!

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (constipation dominant)

“I have been dealing with IBS for over twenty years and have suffered with chronic constipation, food intolerances, chronic gut pains, muscle & bone aches and pains, pins & needles on my extremities, excessive bloating & gas. I had seen a lot of specialists throughout the years but only helped a little bit, which was affecting my mental wellbeing. Although a bit skeptical at first, I came to see Andrew as last resort due to positive experiences from Facebook. The transformation has been life-changing to the point that most of my gut symptoms have resolved, regular bowel movements, no pins & needles, feeling much more energetic, and simply doing things I just could not do before. My GP and gastroenterologist are very pleased and encouraged me to continue Andrew’s recommendations. Thank Andrew for your help, really appreciated.”

Cholecystitis, overweight, pre-diabetes, knee pain, hot flushes, NAFLD, renal angiomylolipoma

In under two years, Andrew significantly improved my health, easing gallbladder, hip, and knee pain linked to excess weight, as well as menopausal hot flushes, pre-diabetes, and NAFLD. My blood sugar is now optimal, and imaging shows mild liver improvement. Pain disappeared as swiftly as the kilos, and hot flushes are nearly gone. Through personalised nutrition and gentle exercise, I lost 12kg in six months and have mostly maintained it. Andrew is direct, highly knowledgeable, and translates his expertise into tailored advice. Nutritional therapy will take effort, commitment and motivation on your part. It is not an easy or a quick fix, but the results can be life-changing. I highly recommend Andrew.

Chronic full body eczema, asthma, anxiety, food intolerances

“I was one of Andrew’s more challenging clients, suffering from lifelong eczema. Despite many GP & dermatologist visits, I felt dissatisfied and misunderstood, with treatment options which overlooked my stress & diet. After two tough Covid years, I turned to Andrew. Through in-depth assessments and lab tests, we identified diet and lifestyle as key triggers for my skin & mental struggles. His dedication to finding solutions is unmatched. My body resisted initial methods, but Andrew researched & adjusted my program until the break- through. The impact on my skin & mental health has been life- changing. After working with Andrew for a year, I can highly recommend his long-term Nutritional Therapy programs.”
