Nutrition & Health coaching
Your journey will commence before we engage in our first online session. You will be required to complete a health questionnaire regarding your nutrition and health history, to ensure your safety with any bespoke suggestions we make. This process is HIPPA and GDPR compliant. It will also involve a baseline assessment were we can identify the relationship between you and your food choices throughout your historical timeline from infancy to adulthood.
The program will take you through a series a complete transformation not only in terms of foods, cooking and recipes, but also in terms of mental reframing, setting new goals, how to calibrate your postive state, reducing food cravings and emotional eating behaviours, more energy, less fatigue, less brain fog, and you will discover a lot more about yourself.

By using specialised professional software, we can analyse your current dietary intake of carbohydrates, fat, protein vitamins, minerals, cholesterol, omega 3/6 and more and compared them to UK dietary guidelines. The analysis is based on evidence-based UK dietary EAR & RNI values, designed to help maintain good health and reduce the risk of chronic disease onset. Our analysis helps identify areas of weakness and will empower you with suggestions to improve those markers by using our specially designed meals plans design to address your nutritional shortcomings.
Your initial consultation will start with a review of your overall nutrition, and it will also include meal planning guidelines. This is a structured conversation with our dietary educator to evaluate your eating habits, your current lifestyle and health status. He will help you identify strategies to reach your goals, whether you want to lose weight or gain weight, increase energy, improve health or reduce the risk of disease, or you just want help sorting through all of the nutrition information you may have read or heard.
Follow-up sessions, an important component of long-term program success, include revised meal planning guidelines and may include updated strategies. HEALTHY LUNCH & LEARNS
THE NUTRITION COACH healthy lunch & Learns are geared toward businesses keen in encouraging their employees to live a healthy lifestyle at well at the workplace. Our coach presents informative programs on relevant health and wellness topics in an entertaining and interactive format. These engaging presentations typically take 45 minutes and are followed by 15 minutes of Q&A. Multiple sessions can be accommodated per day, and longer sessions are available on request. Healthy lunch & learns are most often conducted during the lunch hour but can be done successfully at any time of the day. Employees can bring their own lunch and eat during the program; however, providing lunch can be an incentive to increase employee participation and can help your business ways to improve nutrition and cooking at work for optimum health and mental wellbeing.
