Welcome to my, nine-week health optimisation programme which is not only effective for healthy and sustainable weight loss, but also to improve some key health concerns that could be bothering you.This programme will help to burn bodyfat accumulated as a result of the Xmas or summer indulgences without sacrificing your precious muscle tissue. The start date of the programme is flexible. The programme is suitable for adult, male or female of any age. Expect to safely loose about 10-15kg of fat mass whilst maximising fat-free (muscle) mass retention by the end of the nine weeks. How does the programme work?
Five consultations are spread out over the nine weeks. The location for the consultations is flexible and will be agreed on depending whether you sign up individually or as a group, but can be done in-person or online (Zoom). You will have email support 24/7. A personalised plan based on your health questionnaire responses and the optional blood & urine test, will be implemented for the first month and explained during the first consultation. Your plans are designed to be nutritionally adequate for you, your goals and health condition(s). We will periodically adapt the plans depending on chosen health goal (see below) and targets achieved. Throughout the weeks ahead, consultations will cover many aspect of nutrition and weight loss strategies, required to support your progress. NOTE: all paid fees are non-refundable, but can be used for another programme / start on other dates by mutual agreement.

Apart from weight loss, chose one main health area of concern to improve by the end of the programme:

Flexibility
Although the programme start and end dates are flexible, you cannot pay for the autumn programme and decide you want to start in 2025 as conditions and fees will be different for 2025 – doing so could incur additional fees. You will be fully supported to succeed throughout the 9 weeks. Whatever challenges you may be experiencing, the programme can adapt to help you overcome them, but does expect participants to be fully committed to change and accept some degree of accountability to follow the programme as required. Before commencing the programme, you would have had to: 1) complete payment, 2) complete a health & symptoms questionnaire, 3) complete the participation and consent form, 4) A blood / urine test (optional).
Blood / urines tests
Testing allows your personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations be more meaningful for you, and helps me better understand your nutritional imbalances, enabling us to work more efficiently (and scientifically) to help rebalance these markers, safely loose weight, and improve any aspect of your health. An optional final test can be done at the end of the programme to understand your progress and further areas to address after the Xmas festivities. Enquire with me asap to book a blood draw appointment. Bloods / urine tests would need to be completed before starting the programme.
Personalised meals & recipes
Personalised meal plans and recipes ensures that apart from helping you achieve weight loss, they do not exacerbate any underlying health conditions and symptoms, while respecting your food preferences to help make the programme more enjoyable, although some individual compromises will need to be agreed on. You will explore new ways to improve the nutrient intake of the foods you consume, and may also help that of your family too.
Physical activity
Exercise and physical activity are good for just about everyone, including older adults. No matter your health and physical abilities, you can gain a lot by staying active. Inactivity is more to blame than age when older people lose the ability to do things on their own. Lack of physical activity also can lead to more visits to the doctor, more hospitalisations, and more use of medicines for a variety of illnesses. However, over and undertaining can be counterproductive, there is a delicate balance of diminishing returns. I will help you understand the science of how best to incorporate physical activity to suit your health goal and loose weight safely and effectively.
Goal setting & mental reframing
Setting robust but realistic goals helps strenghten your focus and determination to succeed. Every person creates their own map of the world or perception of reality based on their lived experiences, and as a result, they may have established their own unique mental filtering system for processing all the data being absorbed through all our five senses. Behaviour change is included in my programme and will help you embrace the necessary changes to achieve your goals.
Why is my weight loss programme different?
i have clinical exprience supporting clients with weight loss, but improve a number of other more complex health conditons. Additionally, other weight loss programmes may offer the same dietary & lifestyle recommendations for everyone, which means that a percentage of participants may benefit, whilst others may be left unfulfilled, especially if they have underlying health conditons which other providers are not qualified to tackle. This is where my clinical experience and Masters in Personalised nutrition can make a big difference to ensure you benefit from unique recommendations for you and your unique biochemistry. My objective is to ensure 100% of participants achieve their goals by maximising fat loss, preserve or increase muscle mass, improve their symptoms and blood markers, and know how to maintain these gains longer-term. This is critical for any older adult participants to avoid excessive muscle / bone loss. My plans are different and fully personalised to the individual.
